Antonio Regalado's farm, El Huyacan is located in Northwestern Peru near the Ecuadoran boarder. The 26 hectare farm consists of Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica, all selectively harvested, depulped, and fermented 18 hours before drying using a combination of raised beds and mechanical driers. 

The Peru El Huyacan is an exceptionally drinkable coffee no matter what brew method is used. Automatic drip coffee makers work well with this coffee, while hand pour methods like Hario V60, Chemex, and Kalita Wave will bring out even more complexity of flavor.
