Kanzu Lot #13

The Kanzu washing station is located near the famous Lake Kivu. The washing station sits amongst a lush backdrop of other agriculture like bananas, sweet potatoes, cassava, and sugar cane. Rwanda has received a lot of aid over the years to help raise the quality of its agriculture, leading to a high quality standard for coffee through highly trained agronomists, coffee cuppers, and quality control personnel. Rwanda coffees are known for their deep sweetness and warming spice notes.  In the cup we’re getting notes of Plum, Red Apple, and Nutmeg.
