Coffee Story

Maru Admasu grows coffee on 0.3 hectares in the Hafursa Waro town. The average annual temperature ranges between 10-24⁰C and the farm has fertile soil with shade from Cordia africana, Acacia, and Ensete ventricosum trees. This lot was fermented for 36 hours and dried for 17 days on a raised bed and processed at the Chelchele washing station.

Brewing Notes

This is a beautiful, delicate coffee, and is best expressed with a Hario V60 or Kalita Wave at a 1:16 ratio of coffee to water.
