Coffee Story
Brewing Notes

The Tero Coffee Farm is located in the desirable Guji Zone of Ethiopia, known for producing consistently high quality coffees. The farm lies on the border of Tero and Sewana, two smaller villages in the Orogmia Region of the Shakiso district of Ethiopia.

We've purchased other outstanding coffees from this area of the Guji Zone, and specifically from the Shakiso Washing Station which has a reputation for high quality coffees.

The Tero Coffee Farm's washed process is intensely crisp and complex, with an abundance of intense blackberry and lime flavors on a foundation of a black tea body typical of coffees from the region.

Fruit-forward coffees like the Ethiopia Kayon Mountain are best brewed with filter hand pour methods like Hario V60 or Kalita Wave.
