Atypical of natural process coffees from this region, the Gigisa Lot #2 Natural is subtle, delicate, and incredibly balanced. Natural Ethiopians are typically fruit-bombs, heavy on blueberry, citrus, and chocolate - and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that - but the Gigisa is soft, floral, with fleeting hints of sweet lime, tropical fruit, and stone fruit. The Gigisa's body is more tea like, and the soft acidity leaves a clean, delicate finish.
