Coffee Story

Finca Santa Clara is located in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala - one of the most desirable coffee growing regions in the country. Miguel González Sánchez owns a small farm just under 4 hectare where he grows a mix of several coffee varieties which are harvested and processed with a slightly longer fermentation period of 30 hours. The result is a well balanced coffee with flavors like milk chocolate, typical of the region, and a full fruit character reminiscent of cherry and sweet apple, aided by the extended fermentation period.

Brewing Notes

This is a great coffee forHario V60 or Kalita Wave at a 1:16 ratio of coffee to water, but it will also taste great in your electric coffee maker, Aeropress, or even a French Press.
