Any time we get a natural processed Ethiopian in the roastery, we get a little burst of energy. This slow dried coffee from Worka Sakaro washing station is a ray of sunshine we were hoping for this time of year. We first cupped this coffee in the early fall, just as the mornings were getting chilly, before the leaves started to change. It is fitting to release this coffee now as the seemingly endless snow begins to move out and spring finally feels imminent. Gedeb Worka Natural has an easiness about it with a soft, sweet chocolate and red fruit flavor that drinks as smoothly as a cup of Rooibos tea.
