Coffee Story

We have been working with Nelson Amador for many years now. He was the person that introduced us to many of our farm partners throughout Honduras. In 2021 Nelson purchased a new farm in the Sampedrana area of Comayagua, Honduras. This area with volcanic soil, at 1750 masl, is ideal for growing and experimenting with coffee, which is exactly what Nelson and his team are doing.

This anaerobic honey is fruit forward with flavors of fresh cherry, plum, and lemon icing. The body is big and the acidity is bright pointing to the success and merit of a unique processing method.
