We have tasted some truly stellar Ethiopian coffees over the last few months. As we’re brewing our last cups of the Gedeb Gobu with it’s lemon-lime intensity, we found the delicate floral clarity of the Kenya AB Ndimaini to be the perfect pace changer. Next to the big personalities of our recent offerings and future, the Ndimaini, at first meek, offers a refreshing kind of sophistication. It’s acidity is soft and subtle, especially for a Kenyan coffee, and it’s fresh blackberry flavor finishes like a bouquet of wildflowers.
