Habtamu Fekadu Aga

Founded in 2015 by Aaga Dinsa, Habtamu Fekadu Aga (‘Kuri Mountain Coffee’) began with the farm he inherited from his grandfather in Kuri kebele. Today, the company farms 105 hectares of its own land and works with 144 registered outgrowers across Wollega, Guji, and Jimma, with coffee processed at their washing stations throughout the region. The company is both organically and Fair for Life certified, investing a portion of its export revenue and profits into community projects supporting education, healthcare, roads, and other local infrastructure.

This washed Ethiopian showcases the bright, floral character we love from coffees in the region. Jasmine aromatics lead into flavors of dried pineapple and oolong tea, with a clean, lightly sweet cup and a delicate tea-like finish. The combination of floral aromatics, tropical fruit, and structured acidity makes this a particularly expressive example of Ethiopian coffee.
