Finca Black Coffee

We’re excited to release our first Peru offering of the season, sourced from a new coffee farm. Finca Black Coffee represents the first full harvest from Cati Simón Polinar, one of the most respected and grounded figures in the region. As part of the Swift Coffee Sourcing team, Cati supports countless producers across Northern Peru, and this project marks her own expression of that work. Named in honor of her late black lab, Black Coffee, the farm spans 120 hectares of rich Andean soil cultivated with Bourbon, Red Caturra, and Pache varieties.

This coffee is washed to highlight clarity and balance. The cup begins with a subtle pear acidity that opens into brighter notes of passion fruit and finishes with the deep sweetness of dark honey. Each sip carries both warmth and precision, a beautiful reflection of a producer whose dedication to quality shines through every lot.

We’re proud to share this first release from Finca Black Coffee and to celebrate Cati’s remarkable contribution to the next chapter of Peruvian coffee.
