Wholesale Ordering Policy
Local Delivery
To qualify for local delivery, clients/locations must be within the City of Richmond and meet the following requirements:
- $200 order minimum.
- Receiving hours between 9am and 4pm, Wednesday or Friday.
Wednesday Delivery: must place order no later than 6am Monday Morning.
Friday Delivery: must place order no later than 6am Wednesday Morning.
Local Pick-up
Local Pick-up is available for any wholesale orders during Blanchard’s regular operating hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
Orders for local pick-up require two business days to prepare.
For example: Pick-up orders placed on Wednesday will be ready for pick-up on Friday.
When your order is confirmed, an estimated pick-up window will be provided.
Shipping Orders
All orders requiring shipping will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority, depending weight and final destination. Shipping costs on wholesale orders are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your final invoice unless otherwise arranged with your sales representative.
All shipping orders will be processed and shipped no later that two business days from receipt.
An order confirmation with tracking information will be provided once the order has been received by our production team.
