Aromas del Valle

Peru has long been overshadowed by its coffee-producing neighbors, but growers across the country have quietly built something special. High elevations, traditional varieties, and generations of smallholder farming give Peru incredible potential for quality coffee.

Aromas del Valle is part of a new wave helping that potential come through. Led by a younger generation of producers and organizers, the cooperative works alongside the Progreso Foundation to support farmers with seedlings, organic farm inputs, updated processing infrastructure, and market access. Their work also extends beyond coffee through the Mestiza project, which supports women producers and strengthens opportunities for families across twelve local communities.

That care and investment shows up clearly in the cup. Expect a vibrant and balanced coffee with notes of ripe stone fruit, panela, and citrus, rounded out by a silky body and clean finish.
