Duromina #3

Duromina is a beautiful introduction to Ethiopia's Agaro region, where more than 400 smallholder farmers grow coffee at elevations reaching nearly 2,000 meters. The combination of rich soils, abundant rainfall, and careful cultivation produces a cup that's vibrant, clean, and full of the lively character that has made washed Ethiopian coffees so beloved.

After harvest, ripe cherries are carefully depulped, soaked overnight to remove any remaining fruit, and dried slowly on raised beds. This meticulous process brings remarkable clarity to the cup, allowing delicate florals, bright citrus, and layered sweetness to shine through.

We're excited to share this coffee for the first time. It's an elegant, expressive example of washed Ethiopian coffee that feels equally at home as a daily morning cup or something to slow down and savor.
