Finca Las Botijas

Abel Giron’s Finca Las Botijas is a farm we’ve had the pleasure of visiting ourselves, first in 2018, and we’ve been fortunate to purchase Abel’s coffee nearly every year since. Located in Honduras’ Comayagua region, Las Botijas is planted with Pacamara, a variety known for producing exceptionally expressive and complex coffees when grown and processed with care.

This washed Pacamara is a great example of why we continue to return to Abel’s coffee. The cup is vibrant and layered, with notes of ripe fig, citrus, and sweet florals balanced by a clean, silky texture and subtle herbal tones. It’s a coffee that showcases both the distinctive character of Pacamara and the quality of Abel’s work year after year.
