Ratio - 20g coffee / 220g water
Grind - Medium
Brew Time - 2 mins
1. Bring water to a boil
2. Insert filter into the cap and rinse
3. Add 20g of ground coffee to inverted Aeropress positioned with plunger at bottom
4. Pour 220 grams of water into the Aeropress
5. Paddle back and forth a few times to make sure coffee is fully saturated
6. At 1:20 paddle back and forth a few more times
7. At 1:30 secure lid and carefully flip onto cup or carafe
8. Plunge slowly until 2:00. Stop pressing when you hear a hissing sound.
