Ratio - 21g coffee / 350 g water
Grind - Fine/ Medium
Brew Time - 2-3 mins
1. Bring water to a boil
2. Fold filter along crease and place in v60
3. Rinse filter with hot water
4. Add 21g ground coffee to filter
5. Start a timer and pour 50g of water fully saturating the grounds. Allow 30 seconds to bloom
6. Pour 100g water in concentric circles, pouring mostly in a quarter-sized radius in the middle
7. Let drain until 1:00 then slowly pour 100g of water
8. At 1:30 slowly pour last 100g of water
9. Brew is finished when the steady stream slows to a drip
10. Swirl or stir before enjoying
