Las Flores Sidra Natural

Las Flores’ Sidra is one of our favorite coffees we bring in. Each season, it shocks us with the intensity of the Sidra variety, and oftentimes, processing. Last April we had the very memorable thermal shock variation of this lot that blew away staff and customers alike. 

This go around, we have a very expressive extended anaerobic natural fermentation presentation. 80 hours is approaching the upper threshold of what can be done with an anaerobic fermentation. That extended time in the fermentation tank provides us with a cup that rides an exciting line of fresh fruit, and wine character.
