If you’ve been around Blanchard’s for a while, you probably know the name Koke.

Maybe you’ve even told your friends about it or made it your whole personality for a few months. We get it. Ethiopia Koke, with its strawberry aromatics and rich pound cake sweetness, has inspired a kind of devotion we usually associate with Taylor Swift or the Dallas Cowboys. It’s the kind of coffee people ask about all year long, and for good reason.

This year, in a bit of 20th anniversary serendipity, we were able to get our hands on some of this perennial classic once again. Koke has long been a part of Blanchard’s history being one of the first coffees that helped define our approach to single origin coffees. Its return during a milestone year feels like more than good luck. It feels like a full-circle moment that connects who we were to who we are now.

We’re thrilled it’s back. We think you will be too.
